WPS Behavioral and Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our remote telehealth team, providing essential mental health services to young adults. Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote working environment, allowing for flexible hours Monday through Friday with no evening or weekend obligations. You will be part of a collaborative telehealth team that utilizes cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality mental health care to clients in a comfortable and accessible manner.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will be integral in providing therapeutic support and guidance through various modalities, which includes:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group sessions tailored to address the needs of young adults. Utilize interaction strategies to encourage authentic connections among clients as they share experiences and foster community.

• Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, where you will explore clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and assist in the development of actionable coping strategies and personalized plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to devise individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that are adaptable to their evolving needs and aspirations. Your input will shape their paths to mental wellness.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to evaluate clients’ progress, ensuring that treatment strategies remain effective and relevant.

• Collaborative Care: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining open communication to share insights, coordinate care, and address complex cases collaboratively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse group of young adults aged 18 to 30 who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. You will provide culturally competent and personalized care, ensuring that each individual feels heard, understood, and empowered to pursue their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and an understanding of best practices in remote counseling methods.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, previous experience working with young adults, particularly in an outpatient setting, is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and holistic approaches to mental health care will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
