Salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating dynamic group therapy sessions that encourage client participation and peer support, promoting shared growth and learning.

  • Conducting individual therapy sessions where you offer personalized, empathetic counseling, guiding clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing tailored coping strategies.

  • Creating individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting clear goals that are reflective of their personal needs and preferences.

  • Monitoring client progress by utilizing various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of treatments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are dealing with diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related challenges. The outpatient setting allows for flexible, intensive programming that is designed to facilitate recovery and foster resilience, preparing our clients for success in their personal and professional lives.

  • A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

  • Must possess a current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Colorado.
