Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be integral to our outpatient treatment center dedicated to young adults. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct dynamic and supportive group sessions where clients can share their experiences, connect with peers, and learn valuable coping strategies.

  • Providing Individual Therapy: Offer personalized, empathetic counseling sessions that delve into clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, guiding them in developing effective coping mechanisms and action plans.

  • Collaborating on Treatment Planning: Work closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and goals, ensuring a tailored approach to their care.

You will focus on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating various mental health challenges. This client population often seeks help for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field, along with a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Colorado. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping young adults are essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 85,000 – 100,000 yearly , commensurate with experience.
