Pay: $18.50 - $22.50 per hour, based on previous work experience.
Schedules: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 4 or 5 days per week; 8 or 10-hours shifts

Senior Community Care of Colorado PACE (Eckert) provides healthcare and supportive services for individuals age 55 and older, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes and communities. As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider and the first of its kind in Western Colorado, our interdisciplinary teams deliver personalized, comprehensive care tailored to each participant’s needs. Nestled at the base of Grand Mesa in beautiful Delta County, our location provides a peaceful, small-town setting surrounded by orchards, scenic byways, and easy access to outdoor recreation, local farms, and the charm of nearby communities.
