Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Bend Mental Healthcare Center, you will assume a variety of critical responsibilities designed to support young adults in navigating their mental health journeys:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, fostering a space where clients can share their experiences, connect with one another, and learn valuable coping skills.

• Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic, one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to each client's needs, aiding them in exploring their thoughts and emotions, developing individualized coping strategies, and formulating actionable plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to create personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and feedback to monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring effective outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, participating in regular meetings to coordinate care for clients, share insights, and consult on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who require outpatient treatment. Our PHP programming combines evidence-based practices with holistic approaches, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
